Following his graduation from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Leo T. Neu III, MD, FACS, received his medical degree from the University of Missouri Medical School in 1982. In October 1986, he completed a residency in ophthalmology at University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, and he received additional retinal training at Texas Retinal Associates in Dallas.
